I rather liked you, 2012.

welp.
I did it.
I took down all the Christmas decorations and put them in the deepest, darkest corner of our garage (with Mo's help- thanks hon!) where they won't be seen again for another 11.5 months.
It's a shame, really. But I DO enjoy how open the house suddenly feels, now that there's no snowflakes hanging from the lights, no glittery objects on every spare counter surface, and no christmas tree looming in the corner. And I mean 'looming' in a merry looming kind of way.

Here are some highlights from 2012:

I got a new job. And went back to the night shift.

Our Easter picnic. (which actually turned out to be our only picnic in 2012. I vow to do better this year).

Mo had his eyes lasered! (even though he was super nervous)

I turned 24.

Mo turned 27.

We rode in some charity bike rides (Bob Lebow and Goldilocks).

This blog hit some milestones: 100 followers in April, a makeover in July, and 200 followers in August.
Plus, I went on my first blate with Aunie and Ashley, fellow Idaho bloggers!

I rode in a hot air balloon!!!

I traveled to LA for a nursing conference. Then Mo and I flew up to Portland so he could attend bike school (details here and here).

 AND, for your viewing pleasure, a few pictures that never made it onto the blog until now. :)
